As an artist I reserve the right to cancel and refund the work at any time during creation due to any reason.

Copyright over all commissioned work is retained by the artist.

Refunds are not accepted post completion of the work or after significant progress has been made.

Artwork may not be altered digitally, redistributed, traced, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior negotiation with the artist.

Artwork may not be used for machine learning algorithms, the generation of AI images, or as training data.

The artist’s signature on the work may not be removed/altered or obscured at any time unless negotiated with the artist.

The artist reserves the right to display and post all commissioned works on their website and social media unless discussed and stated by the artist.
